    I've been following this from the beginning & think that it's coming along wonderful! :thumbup: Each block accents the others. I like the new blocks much better.

    You've got some incredible blocks there! I love them! Are you still going to be able to work a kitty in there? You've given me quite the inspiration for my bird blocks, when I get to them.

    Fantastic! I have so enjoyed looking at every page to see how this piece of bird brilliance is coming along. Thanks too for posting the bits you weren't happy with and how you changed them to bring out their best. Sometimes, we forget that designs don't always work the first time and I think that's when we quilters can get frustrated and a UFO is born. Can't wait to see this one finished!

    I think I love the center the best. but your outer borders look great too! can't wait to see the whole thing done! and I love the churn dash block, maybe I have to make one of those!

    I can't believe that I missed this post originally. I love birds and bird fabrics. I am definitely going to use some of your ideas for a new bird quilt. Stunning blocks, can't wait to see finished quilt!

    Oh the kitty has to get in there somewhere, smiles. Just haven't decided where she is going to be sitting. She will tell me where she wants to be before I start sewing the sections to the backing.
