I actually started these 2 years ago. Just didn't get around to doing anything with them until now.

This was a mystery quilt done at my LQS 2 years ago. We didn't have any idea what the pattern was. We were just told how many fabrics & how much of each you needed. I wanted to add some burgundy's & green's to my living room. I love the name Charisma gave it, Tropical Christmas Star Burst but it will be left out all year. Thanks to everyone that commented on it.

Charisma, Are you kidding?? Another one!! I just can't get over how gorgeous your quilting is - it is like you have magic fingers! You are amazing me! How in the world do you get these done so quickly? You are always showing new things. And Quilter 54, love, love your quilt and the colors - my favorite. It is just sooo beautiful. I am so impressed!
    Congrats to both of you.

I've already commented, but I went back to stare at it again. You are my idol, I want to learn to quilt just like you. Please fly to California and give me some lessons, hahaha.

Beautiful! Both the piecing & the quilting. Thanks for sharing the decision making part of the quilting process. That is always the most difficult part to me, a novice machine quilter. Did you use the same color thread throughout?
