All I can say is Wow! Never really thought about beading a quilt but you got me thinking about it now!..and Love love love that star great color choices!

Hello Janet, I am a newbie to quilting, and I have been beading for some time, and I just had to tell you that I love your work! When I first began learning to quilt, I saw one done in Bargello (bargello?) and that made it for me; and doing it with beads, too? Awesome! Now I want, no, I have, to learn to quilt so that I can make one using this technique. Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing it. ~ Dawn ~

Both are beautiful, but what is the star shaped one called? My mom use to quilt, she passed away in 1973 and I have been asking my sister what happened to a partly pieced quilt that looked like the shape you have here. I would like to try one in the future. Thanks
