    I'm just not quite happy with this sheep. What does it need??? The trash can? :lol:

    maybe a solid color background, to more define that it is a sheep,imho the background is too busy

    I think eyes would help - to distinguish the head from the ears.

    Maybe a different color for the body, like a batik or a smaller print.

    What about some embellishment/embroidery/stitching between the body & backing? Even blanket stitching would give some definition to the body.

    Black would keep the monotone theme, bright would be fun too - match that to a bow??

    I'd outline the body shape in dark satin stitch to give it a visual break from the background. Maybe add some eyes or eyelashes, too.

    I think it is cute!!! It looks like the sheep is trying to come through a bush. Maybe a tree or some grass, then a bow in her hair.
