The beginning of a GOLF QUILT

That's a really nice selection of golf-themed fabrics! I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with them! 8-) My step-father was a semi-professional golfer so I'm especially interested in golf quilts.

Hi Colleen,
I made a golf quilt for a charity tournement auction earlier this year. It was fun to do. Mine looks like it was much more simple than yours will be.
I hope you post it when you get it finished. The first fabric is really wonderful! And I love the backing you chose!

The panel is awesome!!! Where in the world did you find it? I think I would be tempted to make it the center of the quilt.... surrounded by "flags" (triangles) you could really have some fun with it....
OKAY should have read all the way through!!! would have known where you got it and that you were already planning the flags! Great mind think alike!!! Can't wait to see what you do with it!!! & the backing, is definitely going to be the icing on the cake!! It's really classy.... will be watching for progress...
