    Thank you all so much for such kind comments. I have to admit it is one of my favourite quilts and I am hoping that my daughter does not take it home with her to the UK when she visits in December as all my quilts seem to travel across the pond! lol

    Love the quilt and your colors. You're right, after looking at the pattern picture (it makes my eye cross) I would never have chosen the pattern.
