    Big or small they're still GFG...there are big flowers in our gardens too, you know...have fun!

    Very nicely done. The size of a hex is measured by the length of one side. Are you using a 3" hex?? I am thinking of making a table runner with something larger than a standard 1" hex.

    I really like the big hexies and love the fabric you are using. My avatar was made with 3" hexies and I'm working on a 2-1/2" one now and have 1-1/2" ones cut from my scraps for "someday".

    The big hexes are 6 1/2 inch and last nite I just had to try 3 1/2 and made 4 .. on machine.. so when the big one is done.. starting the 3 1/2.. I like the smaller better. there is a good video on pinterest that I watched on machine sewing them.
