    Big Hug for Daddy quilt.

Could you share with us the magazine that you got your inspiration from to make this quilt. I would so love to make this quilt for my special Valentine, My husband of 27 years. He has stood by some pretty awful things in our marriage, death of a child, job losses, ex-husband problems and raising 7 children. 5 of which were not his own. He would love and charish this type of quilt because of the style, colors and diversity. Kind of like our marriage, go with the flow. lol
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful quilt. It is very lovely and your website has some very lovely products too.

This pattern, called Fabric Fusion, can be found in the February 2012 issue of American Patchwork and Quilting. The black strips (white in the original) are cut 1" wide. There is a lot of cutting and piecing involved in this but with only one block to make it is fairly straight forward. Give it a whirl!
