    I believe mine say "large eye", but I admit to having them in abundance for 18 years! So don't know if that particular one is still made. You might google that.

    I do use a Clover brand needle threader often.

    Sort of depends on the sizes written on those big balls. I buy from Walmart in the "10 weight".
