    I went to Staples. They often have sales on the Banker's Boxes, sometimes 10 for $13.00 or something like that. They're easy to handle. You can start by putting all of one color in a box. After that you can label them "Red - 1 of 4, 2 of 4,". etc. When I started organizing, I wrote on scrap paper and left the paper hanging out of the handle until everything was sorted. Then I wrote the label on construction paper, using the color paper that is in the box. Red paper = red fabric - 4 boxes to chose from. This is what works for me. Things are easy to find and easy to put back.
