    Dear Barnbum, please note, I did not stare for two days straight, but did come back the second day to make sure that I still thought that the wider strips featured the birds best. That said, it was very nice of you to worry about my poor ol' eyes, staring at that picture for two days. I think that would have caused glazed and crossed eyes, for sure.
    Maybe I should go look in the mirror, though, you never know.

    Had I seen the finished projects separately, I would like them both but seen side-by-side I prefer the wider strips because the tree seems larger and airier and the birds more naturally grouped.
