    the peachy hummingbird fabric is the fabric the person picked out that will be in all the blocks she receives at the end of the year. She had also included a note saying, "please, no bright colors or black". Being a person who loves the Brights that made it hard for me. Actually I had pulled some out of my stash before I saw the little note.
    I would like to make this block again making the birds a brighter blue & the beaks bright yellow.

    That's a really cute block, haven't seen one like it before. Is the roof part 3D?

    CAS, If you go to the BOM for last year 2011 you'll find the pattern. It was for April.
