Very pretty and unique! I am sure your mother would have loved it. I have 2 aunts (one was Dad's sister and one was Mom's sister) that were born in 1924. My mother was born in 1926. My mother's sister made a lot of quilts, but my mother did not. I wish I had learned from my aunt, but I didn't, but I have a wonderful friend that is a fantastic quilter that I am learning a lot from.

PPPP ... that'd be Pretty with Perfectly Precisioned Points!!!
Great FC on that swirl in the centre and then how it takes the eye out to the yellow/mustard
I'm always a fan of turquoise and once again, you've really hit the mark with the mix of fabrics!

love your quilt (so far) and love the name you have chosen! It made me think of my mom and mom-in-law, too!! My sweet MIL loved birds, too!! I may have to copy your quilt name and make a quilt in honor of my sweet moms... They passed one year and two days apart in 1999-2000... Thanks for sharing!!

Anael, that QuiltE certainly has a wonderful way with words and in describing your work, they fit "Perfectly". Your blocks are crisp, bright and beautiful. Thank you much for sharing these very personal works with us. They are very inspiring.
