Here's the one I did yesterday. Some fabrics are very hard to quilt like the red triangles and the fabric in the centre.

This block didn't speak to me. This morning I said......you have to tell me what you want because soon you will be the only block not quilted. It asked: do I have to? I said: yes!!! So it told me to just do some straight lines as the blocks surrounding it are all with curved lines. So I did, fairly straight that is

Absolutely Amazing ... what you have done Anael!
You could have always threatened that one block that it would be left unquilted!

So why are some of the fabrics harder to quilt?
I'm guessing ... excessive amounts of sizing, because they have not been washed?
Or did you mean "hard" as in it not being easy to know "what" to quilt?
    Or am I missing something?

I did that QuiltE but it was not impressed

It's hard because of the finish on the fabric, feels like there's a layer of rubbery stuff on top of both fabrics. On top of that the fabric in the centre of the block is very tightly woven.

So it just had a temper tantrum and told you straight lines to get you to shush up!
I wondered that about the red ... I had some of it and yes, rubbery and icky is a good description.
