    Default Birthday gift
    My Mom gave me this kit for my birthday from our local quilt store.Pattern is MY CHECKERED PAST from Whirligig Designs.The fabric is beautiful I think it is Stratford from Northcott. The beige border has embroidery on it, looks linen almost.

    I love the quilt. The colors go together beautifully. I was wondering why you made the bottom corner dark. Had to look twice then I realized it was the cat. hahaha

    That is beautiful! Love the colors. I myself can't get enough of Northcott fabric.

    What a striking pattern but basically a 9 patch on point. Love the tans and browns you used.
