    They are called Biscuit or Puff quilts.
    i think the black looks awesome! My local quilty friend Sandy made it...I just had to show it off!

    and she used her new ruffler foot she got for her Janome 6600! she said it worked like a dream!

    Great quilt! And the ruffle is adorable.

    Nothing wrong with black in a baby quilt.
    I've never made one without black.
    Some were even mostly black.
    All have been loved by mom and baby.

    Tutorial and video???? didn't show up for me. Love the quilt. Love those biscuit quilts and I do like the black in it.
