It's beautiful. Why are you not going to use black again? It really makes the other colors pop.

Beautiful quilt!! Curious-did you use a black batting? I am ready to start quilting a black and purple quilt and I thought I should use black, but wondered how important it is.

Just used regular warm and white - but I haven't washed it yet. Why not black background again - it's hard on my eyes

A really beautiful quilt. Yes, black is difficult to use, but it does show off your blocks beautifully.

Love your quilt! Have always thought a black background just makes the other colors pop, and yours certainly does. You did a very nice job.
