I made this wall hanging several years ago and I must say this for hard work for my eyes. The black fabric seems to absorb every light that was available while quilting and it was difficult to do even stitches!

The quilt is hand quilted and the size is about 34" x 34".

I never tire of looking at your work...Your hand quilting is incredible.!! I was wondering when you make the smaller size wholecloth quilts, what do you do with them? Do you always use them as wall hangings, or table toppers? Just wondering how you display....

Also,, what is your favorite thread? I struggle with
finding a thread that I really like. I bought some mettler and I don't like it for hand quilting, it seems to tangle and fray easily. Do you use the wax to coat your thread?

Thanks for the lesson...If you need to charge me for today's handquilting class, I will understand!!

    Thanks so much...

Another awesome quilt! I made my daughter a quilt with mostly black in it and when I went to hand quilt it I made a promise to my self to never do that again.
