Default Block 7 Leah Day BOM

This block ended up being a nightmare due to my carelessness. I like to use a spray adhesive (maybe not anymore) when quilting smaller items. Thought the spray wasn't coming out so I was trying to watch it and apparently didn't as I sprayed some on the finished block. Googled to see how to get it off and it said rubbing alcohol so I used it and got most of it out. Unfortunately the quilting suffered from this mistake but with life right now there isn't time to redo, so it is what it is. Next month will be better!!

Nice block. Another hint is don't keep the spray anywhere near the iron. Its an awful mess if you grab it instead of the starch. I'm glad it was scrap fabric and not a finished block.

Love seeing your blocks each month. Sorry you had a problem with that spray. Still, your block is lovely.

Doing a good job. Oops and go on. Can't wait to see the finished quilt. You know what I always say. Sometimes life gets in the way of living. You go girlfriend.
