    Default Block 7 start

Just have one section to finish embroidery on block 5 so, started on 7. It's pretty easy to do, actually. The pattern has a heat transfer for the background fabric and one for the foundation pieces for the applique. The edges are turned under on the foundation and Elmer's glue onto the background. This month has monofilament thread for the applique instead of silk. Don't know if I want to use that or not. Used it before and not thrilled with it so I might just use silk thread.

The embroidery will really set it off. Use the thread that will give the look you want.
