love the colors and the block. Looks Great.
Since dark blue is not on the outer edge I'd go with a dark blue fabric that is not in the quilt yet. If you want a light border I'd go with a narrow dark blue border and then a wider light border.

Oh, that's just lovely! Both the simply beautiful quilt blocks (LOVE those colors!) and the creative way you were able to use up all your scraps and leftovers. Very clever and very, very nice....
If you still have a couple of blocks left, what if you made a pocket on the back with them -- kind of like those "quillows" -- where you can fold the quilt up and store it in its own pocket? Or you could always make a couple of pretty throw pillows to match the quilt...
In any case, you should be very proud of your workmanship and the beautiful design.
