    I just ordered that same kit for our Florida home. Yours is just lovely. Thanks for the info you posted about your stitching as well. I've never done this type of quilt before.

    Thank you! One thing I didn't do but wish I would have thought of it is to do all the stitching on the background areas first! Then add the heron. Much easier than the method I used! Best wishes - it's such a nice kit full of beautiful colors!
