    yes 2"--I made the strips and then cut them into two inch segments. I think it would like great with all red and white too.

    Boy, my oldest son would love that quilt! He has everything Blue, and it's funny because his girlfriend doesn't like blue, she loves purple, it was funny to see them pick out a set of dishes, but, they finally went with an old fashion brown pattern. If they ever get married I am going to make them a purple and blue DWR(double wedding ring). She already told me she likes that pattern when we were looking at quilts at a quilt show.
