    Thanks much ladies! I loved this pattern. The large squares in the middle of the quilt are set on point. I had never done that before. I also enjoyed making the border. Once I complete what I have here I may play around with making a decorative border.

    The tote......yeesh, talk about anxious. I hope the handles are on tight enough. I would change it next time. The quilted pocket in the front is also on the back. I'd make that smaller. There is 1 pocket inside....that too I would make more of a rectangle and divide that rectangle into sections.

    I hope she likes it! My gf and her dh have a getaway home. The quilt/tote are for that home.
