    This was a fast finish for a SIL who just graduated from college. Sulabug lead the stars BOM a couple yrs ago on this board.[ATTACH=CONFIG]421895[/ATTACH]

    You know, generally I don't care for a sampler quilt with sashing because it seems to "choke" the blocks to my eye.

    But this one with sashing the same color as the background looks really neat, seems to float and helps the eye move around to actually see the blocks. Good work!

    It came out great. Lots of interesting stars in that quilt. I love the star in the 4th row down, 2nd one from the left.
