    Pieced border is the best with maybe a small border between quilt and border

    I really like the last picture (of the second set) It just moves your eye over the quilt very smoothly.

    I think you should use lighter fabric for the border. Don't care for the dark

    Sorry, I thought the dk green floral in the background was what you were talking about. I like the pieced border best.

    Definitely the pieced border. Especially if this is going to be an heirloom and also considering the vintage look. It will be gorgeous and this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of SS!
