    The third pulls all the colors together and doesn't overwhelm the vase of flowers.

    If these are the colors you are planning to use, the pink in the third one makes it best. I like that design best too.

    None of them, they all detract from the quilt. Use a medium sized floral instead. Or black (like background) with accents of the darkest red/pink.
