    WOW!!!! Those are fantastic. Your quilt will be a work of art. My oldest son live in Albuquerque . I will have to check out that store.

    Your quilt is going to be spectacular to say the least. The blocks are stunning and I can hardly wait to see the finished work. It is a work of art in progress.

    Just wonderful.......at first glance I thought #2 was an actual pottery piece sitting on the quilt. The dimensionality of all the pieces is amazing.

    Thank you all so much for the nice comments; makes me feel good; perhaps I shall become a quilter after all!
    I ordered the pattern but would dearly love to visit the Soutwest Decoratives in person; the children I am making this quilt for live in Albuquerque (Isleta) so I didn't dare visit the shop when I was last visiting them but am sure I will have another chance.
