Thanks everyone! It is quilted, Amma! My first attempt at hand quilting, I didn't "overdo" it obviously, but I did try! LOL!

My fingers survived, Lisa...barely! I really have even more appreciation for hand quilters. You guys are the bomb! Someone come teach me! :D

My foot control is back! Woo hoo! I like my new machine so much better! Don't tell the Singer! She's still a work horse, just loud! LOL!

Chele - you have talent my friend. Me thinks you are cutting yourself short with some of your negative self comments. Those doll quilts are absolutely darling. now I can send you a couple of my UFO's for you to hand quilt for me? :?: LOL Guess the answer was "no" :(

I kinda like hand quilting better then machine. Slower but you can sit in a chair ANYWHERE and get the job done. I like to sit outside on my deck when the weather is nice too. I love the outside. I have more control of it too. I know all about "quilter's fingers". Sometimes my "underneath" finger gets so sore I have to stop for a while. The end of it looks more dimpled then my thimble!

Oh Amma, I was just teasing! My bifocals need an upgrade too! I'm thinking of attaching magnifying glasses to each eye!

I really love my little quilt and it was fun to hand quilt! Makes me want to make others in small sizes to experiment on! I still bow to anyone that hand quilts! Or machine quilts for that matter! LOL!

Those are fabulous! I'm partial to the red white and blue, but I think the other one is good for the fall. You've got the red/white/blue for the summer, the other one for the fall, all you need is a winter and spring quilt yet ...

Pastels for spring and brick red, black and green for winter maybe?
