Has anyone made a bow tuck out of the same fabric for the front, back and bottom? I have some fabric that I really like and I was thinking about using the same fabric for the whole purse (except the inside) Does anyone happen to have a pic of their bow tuck made similar to this? I'd like to take a look at someone else's to decided if that's really what I want to do.
    Thanks!!

I've made all of my Bow Tuck purses solid[without a different bottom color].Ilike them better that way, some times I fussy cut the front pocket.

yes, you can make them however you like. I did my first couple like the instructions said, then changed it to my liking. I like to quilt, so I took my fabric on the long arm and quilted it and then made the purse.

I think I'm going to do it!! I also think I'm going to make it a little smaller. I have the regular sized pattern and I thought about buying the mini one but I think I'll just try making it smaller on my own :-) My Grandma gave me some fabric for Christmas and it's the kind that is already pre quilted. It's bule fabric with Paisley on one side and Dots on the other. I can't wait to make something out of it. It's so cute! The only bad thing is that I'm not going to be able to use any fusible fleece in the bag. (since the fabric is already sandwiched and quilted) I hope that isn't too big of a deal. I don't think I'll mind too much if it's not a really stiff bag. When I finally get around to making it, I'll be sure to post a pic!
