Default Boxy Stars Quilt

Just finished this afternoon my boxy stars quilt. This is a lap size quilt. I used strips from a couple of jelly rolls and stash to make this pattern. I realized after I had it hung for pictures that a couple of the blocks are turned the wrong way. Oh well. I pieced the back with one block and several more strips plus more yardage from my stash. I really love this pattern and will definitely make another soon. The quilting was a simple meander on my DSM. That's as brave as I have gotten as far as FMQ yet.

Great quilt and the mistakes are really not noticeable.

I love it and the wrong turned blocks aren't really that noticeable and make it unique anyway!

That quilt is lovely and the maverick blocks just keep us all humble!
