God has blessed you in a very special way, what a wonderful story and beautiful reminder of your battle and defeat. I wish a Young lady I go to Church with could be that lucky, she has a 5 year old and a new baby that was 6 weeks old yesterday and they called her family in because she could go at any time. Her cancer is everywhere, but the baby she gave birth too had no cancer and it did not show in any of the fluid around the baby. God blessed her and her husband there.

Your story is so uplifting. My daughter is stage 2 and is in the middle of her chemo. I will certainly share this with her. Congratulations on beating the beast and having a wonderful son.

When my son was 4 months old, I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.
The flower yo-yo's represent lymph nodes, the buttons cancer cells. 25 lymph nodes were removed, 23 lymph nodes were positive for cancer.
One of the lymph nodes the cancer broke through.
This quilt is a work in progress, I still need to represent the chemotherapy, radiation therapy and bone marrow transplant.
This story has a happy ending, my son will be starting college this month.
