Default Bright & Girly "Streak of Sunshine"

I just finished a top using Quiltville's Streak of Sunshine pattern! It turned out lovely and let me incorporate a bunch of different fabrics from my small, scrappy stash. I treated it as sort of an "ugly fabric challenge" too, since I thought the fabric running across the diagonal was totally "blah" until I cut it up and paired it with others. The fabric was a gift from a secret pal swap partner - nothing against the swap at all, since it inspired me to think a little outside my comfort zone to use the fabric well!

The colors are a lot brighter in person, of course. All of the colors are super-zingy.

A pretty quilt. Using a fabric we think is ugly is a challenge. You did a great job.
