    Am trying to decipher the "applique look" blocks. Are they a printed block or did you do hand/machine applique?
    The corresponding pieced blocks perfectly accent them.

    They were from a set of 10" blocks - no applique. While they look like snowflakes, the colours used are definitely not winter ones.
