    Very sweet quilts....and how fun to see how quickly / easily a simple HST block can become so many different and pretty designs. They will be loved i'm sure.

    My 89 year old mother came to visit me a few days after I brought all of these blocks home. I had put together about a dozen different design options and had her sitting at a table sorting them out and pinning them for me. Although she knows how to sew, she was never a quilter. She had a blast doing this.

    I still have about 20 more blocks and will need to come up with another quilt idea with them. Apparently we've had lots of donated fabrics that nobody liked. I have already made a pink and brown pinwheel quilt. Will post those pictures another day.
