This has been a long time in the works. Finished it this afternoon. Backing is fleece that looks like cordoary, no batting. It is plenty heavy enough. Size is approx. 66 X 95. Quilted some of the jars with glow in the dark thread, but was disappointed that it really didn't glow much. This is for my 4 yr. old great-nephew.
    Thanks for looking

What a perfect quilt for a little boy! If he hasn't yet, he will one day keep a bug in a jar for real. I'm sure he'll love it. Great job!

This is one of the cutest jar quilts I have seen. I love the cat, the lizard escaping and the one butterfly that found it's freedom as well. It looks just like a book shelf in a little boys room! Your nephew is sure to adore it.

Edited to add, I think the glow in the dark really glows when you hold it under a black light.
