You did a great job. I have that pattern and tried some of the paper pieced extra animals but finally gave up and fussy cut some to put in my bug jar quilt. Congratulations, He will love it.

Nice quilt, I too made one for my 5 year old GS on his back label I put To the littlest bug in the family. We call this his Big Boy quilt as he still drags around his baby blanket of green prince frogs! Nice job piecing!
