Hi All....I am somewhat new to the group. I have been receiving the newsletter for quite a while now and every once in a while, I have posted a comment. I wanted to try and share a couple of pictures with you of the doll quilt that I made last week. The face isn't on, yet. I can't decide how I want to do it. I have already tried embroidering it on and didn't like it, but when I tried to applique it on, it didn't look right, either! If anyone has a suggestion, I would definitely be open to it! Hope everyone is doing well having a good week! Take Care....

I don't know the size of it but you might use pigma pens and draw it on.

I was going to say the same thing. Just draw the little face on. It should turn out very well.

I agree, Pigma pens would be the way to go. Try it on scraps of the same fabrics to be sure you get the right "look" to the face, sometimes tone-on-tone fabrics don't take well to pens. By the way the quilt looks great. Is it for someone special?
