Ohhhh Ninnie - what an amazing quilt! I have seen this pattern and wished to be able to make it, but knew I wasn't up to something like that yet. One day. :) Navy and white - always a wonderful combination - classic!

    ninnie,

i just filed it away. i may (will probably) never have the patience you have to make it, but i'll always love watching the birth of it.

are you the birth mother, the midwife, or both? thank you for letting us watch.

Absolutely beautiful! I have wanted to make that pattern, but am so deep in quilts for myself and a granddaughter, don't know if I will ever get it made or not!
Was it a hard pattern to make? Loooooooooove it!

Oh Ninnie that is so beautiful. You did a great job. And you finished other stuff in between--how awsome is that.

It wasn't hard, just time consuming. I think the key is to stay organized, and just take it step by step, not thinking about the time or the end :D :D
I love a challenge, and have never made the same quilt twice, but this is one i think I will make again!1
So glad you enjoyed the journey with me,and if you do decide to make it, and want help, just call out my name!!
