    Thanks JackieD ... when my husband died, Home or Residential Hospice wasn't available in our area at the time. I'm so supportive of the programs they offer, as we certainly could have benefited at the time.

    If a quilt such as this can help someone at their difficult time, then I will be happy and humbled. It's not much ... but certainly better than a cold white sheet, or worse still a body bag.

    I lost my Dad & DFIL in March of '09, 9 days apart. Neither one was in Hospice. I'm just getting over that. I don't know how hard it would be to loose a spouse, but it's gotta be worse. I can see how a lovely quilt (like yours) could be very comforting.
