    Default Butterfly Baby Quilt

DH's aunt passed earlier this year after a long battle with cancer. Her first great granddaughter was just born, so I made this up. Aunt Barb loved butterflies and I made her a large version of this quilt a few years back. So, when I started to make a baby quilt, this is what I made. I also took Aunt Barb's favorite sweatshirt and cut out one of the butterflies on it and appliqued it to the quilt tag. This way, Great Grandma Barb will always be looking over her new baby granddaughter.

Darling quilt! I, too, love butterflies! My butterfly fabric collection is growing and I just can't bear to cut into it.
