    Patty,
Thank you so much. I hope I do you pattern justice. Will post a picture if I ever get my camera to work.

Today was Kim's party and she was so excited about getting her quilt. We were invited to join them for dinner at a near by Country Club in our retirement community with her, her parents, a good friend of hers plus parents and her aunt. She patiently opened the card first and got so excited and called to her Mom, "Hey Mom, look, I'm the card." Totally cracked me up. She was so excited to actually be on the card and since the photo of her quilt was the background, she knew I made the card on my computer. She was so thrilled and excited to have her quilt and said she is sleeping with it tonight. On the back of the card, I included Patty's Quilt Philosophy and washing instructions. Use and enjoy the quilt as each stitch is full of love and enjoy. I also told her mom if anything should happen to the quilt and I'd mend it for them but they'd have to let me know so that I could bring supplies to mend it when we visit IL. I also made her paper card into an email card to send to her via email. I have a feeling this quilt will get a lot of use. Thank you everyone for all of the interest you've shown in this project.

thank you Penny. After they left my husband said he thought Kim would adopt us if she could. Actually, I think she has. She gets frustrated that she doesn't get to see enough of us which is neat.

Very pretty. I used that same butterfly fabric in a quilt for my DIL. I love it.
