    Yes, I too was noticing that decorative border using the special ruler. I like how the quilter has it placed on the quilt. I've seen that demonstrated at a quilt show some time ago. Pretty neat! Wish I had remembered that show and gone to it.

    These are very pretty quilts. I like the patriotic quilt. Is that actually rope on there? And what are the rings? I really like that idea. And the last quilt with that special border WOW. But won't that fray when it is washed? Or do you not wash this kind of quilt? It is real pretty. I never seen that before.
