    Ooops---sorry for the confusion... the first floral log cabin is a done deal. There are posts about it somewhere. This post is only about if the change to the square will work. :wink:

    I absolutely love it. I don't usually really like log cabin, but this comes out with a new look. Very pretty. It looks fabulous either way, so I think it will be a wonderful quilt. If you don't like it when you're done, I know a good home....

    Is it okay if I copy your idea? I think it is awesome.

    Oh Gwyn..of course!! Log cabins and the different width strips weren't my idea first (darn it!)... I'm borrowing the idea to work with, so anyone can borrow mine. :wink:
