    Hi Thseabreze, If you want instructions for making this block, purchase the June issue of QUILTER'S WORLD as it has a wall hanging featured called Weathervane Stars. There is another quilt featured called Summer Shimmer that is almost as pretty as the block you have pictured. In fact, this issue has some of the prettiest quilts I've seen in months.
