Another reason I am certain this is it, but I don't have a picture to show you....there was another quilt done in a bubble gum pink, medium green with plain parts in the centers and signatures of all the church people were embroidered on them. This quilt I have restored and given to my brother. I don't know if he kept it or not.
Both quilts had been given to my parents when they married.

kinda looks like a pattern my grandmother called indian hatchet, with 4 blocks put together to make an x.
She made one out of "cutaways" from a shirt factory. She used striped fabrics for the X's and solids for the triangles. She centered a stripe on the diagonal piece. Even with different width striped fabrics it helped unify the stripes.
She set hers edge to edge, no sashing.
She made hers in the 1960's, but said that it was an old pattern.

It looks to me like a type of signature block. A strip of fabric is stitched on the diagonal of a square. Any measurement can be used. Perhaps this pic will show what I mean. The center strips in your pic are a bit wider.
If you need to 'age' your fabrics to try and duplicate the quilt, try coffee staining, or maybe a light tan Rit dye

I have aged a lot of fabrics with tea or coffee. And I have tested it many times and it does not wash out which used to surprise me.
I have had many PM's and lots of good ideas and I have printed things to try them out.
