    Wizard of Oz would be my third choice because of the least difficulty of piecing.

    There may be different catagories for different sizes of quilts. My cousin had both a full size and baby quilt entered in our local county fair.

    I would bet you can enter all three. That is what I would do because as someone else said they will probably be under different categories. I have entered some in fairs before and even if I didn't win I enjoy reading what the judges have said in their comments. It is a great learning experience.
