    Sue, it is wonderful, he is sure to love it. You are a very wise woman to not guess at circumstances and not judge because of them. You are very fortunate to have your dad in your life and so smart for cherishing the fact that you do - coming from someone who lost her dad many years ago.

    The tree is very pretty, but the quilt is beautiful. Front & back. You did a wonderful job.

    Could you please share what the material is that you used for the back.

    Beautiful quilt! I love the way you staged it too. Perfect setting. Maybe you can do a follow up photo of him when he opens it.
