Love the fabrics in your quilt. Beautiful quilt. Can I have your tree?

Beautiful quilt, colors, plus the reddish colored tree in the background.

Your father will love the quilt. It is so nice that you were able to reconnect with him. Lovely background for your quilt.

It's a great quilt and I'm sure he will love it. I'm happy for you that you have reconnected after a long absence. By the way, the tree is beautiful.

There is NO doubt in my mind that he will adore the quilt you made. My parents divorced when I was 4. Growing up, I crochet him a long scarf because I thought all pilots should keep warm when flying. I could not figure out why it was so crooked. When I noticed I was short the number of my stitches, I just added another one at the end of the row. As I grew older, I crochet him another one, this one very straight. He had kept BOTH scarves up until his death. I still have them stored to always remember how much my father loved the things I made.
