I have never pp before and I have read somewhere that the paper is supose to stay on the block until they are in the quilt. So what do I do, leave it on or take it off?

Thank you for your quick reply. I was wondering, as the middle has a very slight volcano (not bad compared to the other two I made LOL maybe an "A" cup vs my "DD") and I was thinking if I could take the paper off and startch it it would lie flat.
